C.A.R.E., or Community Action Rewards and Experience Initiative was the 2008 effort to get Delta Epsilon Chi members and chapters activily engaged with their communities. Designed to increase community involvement, this initiative gave back to the communities that support our chapters and helped to create a stronger name for Delta Epsilon Chi across cities, states and countries.
