Jamie is a resident of Denver, Colorado and senior at Johnson & Wales University. She graduated in 2007 with an associate degree in Culinary Arts and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management. She began her involvement with career and technical organizations in high school as a member of FCCLA. Her efforts to become involved in all things leadership and learning lead her to discover Delta Epsilon Chi at Johnson & Wales where she served as chapter vice president of competition and has now become the 2008–2009 Delta Epsilon Chi western region vice president for Delta Epsilon Chi. She stays involved with her school by being an orientation leader and representing campus organization as a student board member for the Colorado Leadership Alliance. Outside of school and Delta Epsilon Chi, Jamie is always looking for new ways to give back to her local community and enjoying the Colorado Mountains with close friends. Jamie’s passion and determination for Delta Epsilon Chi will show every member how they can "Make their Mark" during the 2008-2009 membership year.
