The National Management Institute, offered exclusively at the Delta Epsilon Chi International Career Development Conference, is a both forum and a competition that allows Delta Epsilon Chi members to learn about critical issues business professionals face each day. The perceptions and philosophies of experienced business professionals will help Delta Epsilon Chi members better prepare for their roles as supervisors and managers.



The theme and presentation topic for each year's NMI are selected with input from the corporate sponsor and includes presentations by industry professionals and the Management Challenge. The NMI also includes an off-site experience with one or more local organizations.
