Ready. Set. Go!
Now that you have pulled all the pieces together it is as easy as 1–2–3 to get established.
- Follow this link to access the Online Membership System Follow directions to start a new chapter. Once you have registered and received a user name and password, log into the system and begin adding your student and advisors to the roster.
- Unsubmitted members show you the students and advisors that you've entered. Look carefully to be sure you have entered all of the names with correct spellings, and for advisors you've entered correct email addresses.
- Submit! Hit that submit button and you've told us that you are officially a chapter. At this point follow directions to generate an invoice and then send a check, or call the membership department with a credit card, to pay your dues.
Celebrate
Success is yours! You have recruited new members,
established your chapter on campus and begun working
hard to bring great activities to your members.
It's time to celebrate!

Besides providing outstanding student programs and services,
an active Delta Epsilon Chi chapter is a great way to recruit
the nearly 185,000 high school DECA members to your college or
university.
Enter the DECA College
Connection and follow directions to be added to your school's listing of
interested students. What happens? An email is sent to you with a list of all the
student's interested in membership. You automatically have a good group of your
peers to join and help make your chapter strong! The DECA College Connection also
gives you more information about who in your area to contact for additional
support and resources.
Keep
in mind that YOU determine what and who your
local chapter represents, and what the name of your local
chapter will be. If you already have a successful local
"business" club, you may want to retain the
same name of your organization. The only difference
is that your organization will gain an "international
association with Delta Epsilon Chi," offering your
members to a huge resource for professional development
while retaining your established local identity.
Check with your campus activities director to find
out what you need to do at your school to take the next
step as a professional student organization and join
Delta Epsilon Chi. Remember that every school has its
own procedures and qualifications for student organizations.
We are happy to help you address your unique circumstances.

your chapter, recruit more members, and prepare for
the exciting educational and professional leadership,
community service and competitive activities offered
through Delta Epsilon Chi.
The
Delta Epsilon Chi Passport
for success encourages local chapters and individual
members to plan activities and participate in events
that enhance the experiences of members at the local,
state and national levels. The passport seeks to reward
action taken by members and chapters that build personal
and professional skill sets. Members and chapters participating
in, and earning the various levels of Passport success
will be recognized for their efforts at the International
Career Development Conference.
